A couple came in while I was eating. The male decided that waiting a second to let the person behind the counter finish his order was too long to wait for water cup so he decided to yell curse words and slurs at the people working. Absolute ridiculousness! The manager that was working calmly handled the situation and got both people out of the store. I don’t know how he had that much patience. He handled it perfectly. I like panda, but I will go a little out of my way to go to this one because of the manager. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually love Panda Express but this location is absolutely horrible my food is constantly over cooked or undercooked with the orange chicken being pink on the inside idek how is possible because I’m pretty sure it’s frozen chicken and the cream cheese ragoons are hard and taste old! Very disappointed in this location I recommend making the drive somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

**** BUGS***** !!!!!! I can't even explain the disappointment and disgust me and my husband had on our faces when he founds fried bugs in our food last night we came in bout one hr before they closed paid with cash I got and plate and my husband got a plate paid with cash didn't receive a receipt had our food just chillin the the counter in a bag while we got our drinks got the bag left came home started eating and I was taking a bite of my food and noticed it don't look like I thought I got some pieces of burnt rice , when the thing is I didn't get rice I just got a plate of three types of meat come to find out looking closer they are bugs !!!!! I called the next day told the manger we found BUGS IN OUR FOOD also didn't get a receipt he said I'm lying I said I took videos and pictures he said bring the receipt in we will take care of it I said we didn't get a receipt he again stated I was lying and stayed quiet I have a few words with him explaining how nasty and disgusting it is for a food service to be this unsanitary. Please do not go here they have a 2.5 rating for a reason !!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
