I went in to pick up my online order and got zero communication as they had to make it on the spot. I was missing half my order and got not sauce. So ive wasted my money, my time, my gas, just for a plate of disappointment. I'm not going to eat dry chicken and noodles especially when I didn't even get the other half of my order. And I'm sure their only compensation for ruining my dinner is to offer me to waste more of my time and gas to drive back so they can do what should have done the first time. I mean there is literally a sticker on the box that says what's supposed to be in it. I wouldn't even risk your time, money, and gas to go here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an online order for in-store pickup at Panda Express in Spokane Valley, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. While waiting, another customer politely asked if the orders sitting out had names on them and whether staff could call out names for the people waiting. The employee’s response was dismissive, saying “people are asking,” even though no one had been. When the customer clarified, the employee simply walked away. It came across as very rude and unhelpful. There also seemed to be no clear system for how orders were being handled. Customers were left standing around unsure if their food was ready or not. Multiple orders were prepared for customers who weren’t even there for pickup, while those of us waiting were left in the dark. Only after this happened did a manager make a comment that staff should be asking for names to match orders with customers—but by then, the confusion had already set in. What made it even more frustrating is that the store wasn’t even busy at the time. On top of that, we received a text saying our order was ready, but still had to wait another five minutes before actually getting it. Overall, the lack of organization and poor customer service made what should have been a quick pickup much more frustrating than it needed to be. Because of this experience, we’ll be driving to the Idaho location instead of coming back to this one. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited the drive through at Panda today around 12:30. I understand it can get busy, but the staff member taking our order spoke very quickly and became rude when we had difficulty understanding them. Their tone came across as shouting, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback can help improve customer interactions in the future.
