Eric was awesome! They were short-staffed and out of quite a few things, so I’m sure he was dealing with a lot, but you couldn’t tell. He was friendly and seemed like he enjoyed his job. Shout out to Eric for keeping the drive-thru going and making people smile. Service: 5

It seems customers are not welcome at this location. We stopped by around 9:20 PM, knowing that closing time was 10:00 PM. However, by 9:20, most of the dishes were already empty, and the staff did not even seem willing to greet or acknowledge the customers. They simply told us it would take 20–25 minutes to prepare anything other than what was left on the line, and by then only noodles, shrimp, and crab Rangoon were remaining. Happened twice for us. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the last couple of months at this location of panda express, if you go there too early in the day, it's almost assured that you're going to get leftovers from the previous day. Rather than trying to plan to have nothing left over when they get close to the end of their business hours, instead, they go ahead and make big batches of their food and then just put it in the fridge until the next day. Today just before noon, i ordered a broccoli beef bowl with chow mein and it was clearly left over from the previous day but seemed maybe several days old. The broccoli seemed to have some kind of preservatives sprayed on it and tasted like a chemical taste. I guess they do this so that the broccoli would stay green and crisp. The chow mein was soaked in some type of thick oil and it got everywhere. As soon as I got home, I rushed to the kitchen sink to scrub my hands because even the smell was a little too strong and wouldn't go away. Maybe others have complained, and they seem to feel like being overly syrupy nice while they're taking your order will make everyone happy. We don't go to Panda Express because the employees are super super nice with lots of positivity. We go there because the food in past years has been phenomenally good. Not now. This has happened too many times in the past couple of months. They've increased their prices while at the same time, decreasing their food quality. Makes no sense. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
