Was the only person in store ,they let me stand there for 20 minutes serving only cars. Didn't acknowledge me. Worst rude employees I've encountered. It's like chick fil a reversed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Look, I love Panda Express. But am I wrong to expect, if I place an online order at 6:29pm that says PICKUP AT 6:44pm, that it should be ready AT 6:44pm or at least close to it? Apparently not. I wait for the text notification that never comes, finally go inside at 7pm and my order STILL hasn’t even been completed yet! The girl at the register claims “we have been really busy.” Yeah, ok? No sorry for your wait, nothing. You’ve served ten+ walk ins and numerous other people in the drive through who have come in AFTER my online order was placed. This is absolutely ridiculous. If an online order says ready at 6:44pm, it should be ready and completed for the online customer BEFORE someone else in the drive through or dining room at 6:45-7pm. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? I am just about done trying with both this Panda Express AND the Airport Highway location. Completing an order in the ORDER THAT IT WAS RECEIVED seems like a foreign concept to this business. It certainly makes me feel like a customer that doesn’t matter whatsoever to them and this is not a good look. You have no business promising a pickup time if you can’t even come CLOSE to delivering on it. Really sick of this. Why bother? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
