I think management has changed and it's gotten worse at exponential levels. Pizza is not like it used to be, now chewy. Embarrassing service. There was only me at the counter to get the pizza by the slice. 10 minutes to get the pizza is 10 minutes to pay. I pay 3.5 euros at the automatic cash register with a 5 euro note. I take the change with 50 cents missing because they are finished. The guy at the checkout rummages through the tips "I don't have them" so what? So if there's 50 cents missing they'll give you a voucher... what do you want? What's in your head... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
