We chose this restaurant because it closed at 11 whereas most others closed at 10. The best part of my meal was the glass of wine. It was very enjoyable. We tried the tomato soup with chocolate. It was very interesting. I'm glad we tried it. I personally prefer savory to sweet but someone who likes sweet soup would enjoy it. The service was ok but no offer of more wine or dessert came. The owner was nice and greeted us on the way out. That was a nice touch, which was the best part of the service. The staff, although seemingly friendly cycled through us and overall lacked caring. I'm sure they just wanted us to eat and be gone. I felt like we were a burden to them and they felt they were doing me a favor. The food was ok. My husbands spaghetti a la carbonara meal was cold and dry whereas I burned my mouth on a carrot that was in the pasta sauce in my paccheri con ragu di osso bucco which makes me think it had been microwaved but who knows, maybe not. The taste was good. Overall, I ate and it was ok. This is not a restaurant I would go back to again unless I'd already exhausted the other options in the area. A 10% tip (over the meal and tax) was automatically added to our bill. Thankfully I noticed before tipping again. Price per person: €30–40

Liebe Frau Al Eqabi, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Gerne möchten wir einige Punkte richtigstellen. Ihre Pasta wurde nicht direkt nach Ihrer Ankunft bestellt, sondern nach Getränken, Vorspeisen und Weinservice. Zudem waren Sie, als auch Ihre Begleitpersonen, die letzte Reservierung an besagtem Tag. Laut unserem Bon-System betrug die Wartezeit nach dem Abräumen der Vorspeise etwa 30 Minuten. Zudem handelte es sich nicht um einen Tisch mit vier, sondern mit sieben Personen. Zusätzlich wurde an Ihrem Tisch unter anderem ein Filet „medium well“ bestellt, dessen frische Zubereitung selbstverständlich mehr Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Unsere Küche bereitet alle Speisen frisch zu, dafür nehmen viele unserer Gäste bewusst etwas mehr Zeit in Kauf. Wir haben Verständnis dafür, dass Wartezeiten subjektiv unterschiedlich empfunden werden. Dennoch würden wir uns freuen, wenn Bewertungen die wahrhaftigen Abläufe möglichst objektiv widerspiegeln. Dennoch entschuldigen wir uns für aufgekommene Unannehmlichkeiten.

Absolutely incredible place! Pane e Vino truly exceeded all expectations. The food is simply outstanding every dish is perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and made with great attention to detail. You can really feel the authentic Italian atmosphere in every bite. The service deserves a special mention it is truly premium level: attentive, friendly, and very professional. Everything was smooth, fast, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended will definitely come back again! Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
