An absolutely outstanding experience at Panebianco. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. Cat is an incredible host — warm, elegant, attentive, and able to create a genuine atmosphere that is rare to find in New Jersey today. Eric and the entire team are exceptionally efficient, professional, and detail-oriented. The service is seamless, friendly, and truly makes you feel valued throughout the entire experience. Chef Mo brings authentic Italian spirit, passion, and excellence to every dish. His homemade preparations are exceptional and showcase true Italian craftsmanship and quality. We had a terrific dinner last night. While we eat here frequently I’d never had the pasta before. The cacio de pepe was perfect al dente. My dinner companion has the pasta bolognese. The sauce was delicious. Excellent cocktails, great atmosphere, always super friendly and professional staff. Our waitress, Hailey was lovely. Always a wonderful dining experience! We had one of the best dining experiences ever! Panebianco Cucina Italiana exceeded all expectations — from the warm and attentive service to the incredible food and drinks. The cocktails were creative and delicious, the dishes were perfectly prepared, and the desserts were absolutely amazing. The wine selection was outstanding — every glass paired beautifully with the meal. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and truly makes you feel like you’re in Italy.
