I had such a great experience at this newly opened Panera Bread. From the moment I walked in, the staff stood out, they were friendly and always smiling. They constantly checked the drink station to keep everything clean, organized, and fully stocked, which really made a difference. I’ve been to other Panera locations where items like milk or supplies are sometimes unavailable, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Everything was consistently well-stocked and well-maintained, which really shows the team’s attention to detail. The environment is another highlight. The space is bright, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciate how the seating is laid out, not feeling crowded at all. The high desk area is perfect if you want to get some work done while enjoying your meal. One of the sweetest touches was when they handed out warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies for customers to try. Such a thoughtful gesture—and they tasted amazing! Overall, this location truly stands out, offering excellent service, a welcoming and comfortable environment, and thoughtful touches that make the entire experience enjoyable.
