Beyond awful experience. Never the one to write a negative review, however, when we walked in all of the kiosks did not work, no help was offered and we were battling with the kiosk for 10 min. All good, we ordered: We waited and saw our order was finished but there was no sight of it. We proceeded to wait, and saw everyone was getting their orders that came in after us. After 20 minutes, I asked if our order is ready. They said yes, but they were out of the soup we ordered. They were calling out everyone’s orders…why not let us know? The store itself was gross. The floors were sticky EVERYWHERE! The bathroom, the carpet and even the tile. There was a smell in there too. Save yourself a trip, go to another panera…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $30–40

For 3.99 that may have been the worst and most expensive single bagel I eve had. I don't like to complain about price; but, if you charge 4 dollars a bagel it should be good. Mine went from bag, to taking 1 bite to the garbage. So over cooked I couldn't eat it. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast

I find myself going to Panera bread pretty often during lunch as a healthy option that I can pick as well as affordable. I've also joined the sip club because I find that it's a great value for getting my coffee caffeine in the morning as well as during lunch time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
