They were understaffed with only a gentleman behind the counter and the general manager, but the service they provided was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was thoughtful in his prompts with our kids to ensure they got exactly what they wanted. He even took time to show us how the slicer works! We were grateful for the kind hospitality on our trip. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I had lunch Sat April 18. The advertising was very misleading regarding “U pick 2 “ $4.99. Once you add a drink , making a $15 lunch special. Considering there was several menu items that were better value. Ok we didn’t read the small print, but expensive for 1/2 chicken salad sandwich and a cup of soup! The main concern was our take out order of 5 bakery items which cost over $25. All 5 were extremely stale. We wonder if you do take out bakery order, it’s time to sack up the older not fresh items? This is not our first experience with various Panera establishments and we find items are overpriced and bakery items stale. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We bought an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich this morning. There was hardly any egg on either sandwich and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. The ciabatta was burned partially and hard. I was so disappointed and we were too far away to turn back(we were passing through on a road trip). The food at all Panera bread restaurants have been declining in quality and taste for years and prices have been increasing so we rarely visit this establishment. We thought we would give Panera bread another try. We shouldn’t have. People were nice. Took a bit long for our order, but I am understanding regarding this issue. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
