Got the chicken fontega sandwich, it looked like a toddler sandwich. Can't believe they actually wrapped that and put it in a bag. Also got the Mac and cheese. After 3 bites I ran to the bathroom because it was coming up. Threw it all up. $13 wasted. Should have just went to McDonald's. Smh. I really love Panera Bread. That's why it pains me to write this review. I'm hoping that it's just this location that is having the issues. I ordered a French Onion Soup and it was so greasy, I couldn't eat it. And I don't remember what was wrong with our order, but it wasn't correct. I gave them another try several weeks later. Same soup ordered but didn't get the French Onion. I have no clue what they gave me. They graciously offered me a free soup. This week, I decided to get my free soup and ordered the Rustic Potato for my free soup and then ordered the French Dipper (which I paid for). The soup container was maybe half full. I thought, "Well, it was free... oh well." But it didn't have any cheese in it. This might be my mistake because I didn't ask, I was just going by the picture which clearly had cheese in the soup. Again, it was free. The sandwich is DELICIOUS. However, I thought it was supposed to come with something to dip it in? It's called the French Dipper so I assumed I'd be dipping it in something. I'm not complaining to them because I don't want to be seen as one of those people trying to get free food all the time. So, while the food and the atmosphere are amazing, I've had way too many instances where my order was wrong. I'll continue to go to Panera Bread, but likely won't visit this location again.
