Hi Lina, I'm so sorry to hear your sandwich didn't meet expectations. Our bread is baked fresh daily and all of our meats and toppings are weighed to ensure consistency, so we're concerned to hear that your sandwich seemed light on filling and that the bread was dry. That's certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. I'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your visit and make things right.
