Hello, I would like to share with you a bad experience regarding the chosen place for a wedding celebration. This is the Panská Zahrada restaurant and hotel in Dobřichovice. We had a reservation for a wedding reception in July 2024, and the event coordinator from the restaurant told us TODAY, when we had already agreed on all the details, including the composition of the menu (banquet and evening barbecue). Communication took a MONTH and we went to the location to fine-tune the details several times. We wrote a lot of e-mails to each other, for which we sometimes waited 4 days for answers. We were considering staying some of our guests in their hotel. We also had an apartment for the newlyweds in advance booking. We also sent out invitations to the guests specifying the location of the wedding reception in this restaurant, as we had agreed with the event coordinator, so that we could confirm the exact number of guests. The event coordinator from the restaurant only sent us an e-mail saying that she prioritized other clients, she didn't even call us. I rate the access from the restaurant and the Panská Zahrada hotel as very bad. I do not recommend this place for a wedding celebration. Service: 1

Furthermore, you are lying in your review. It is not true that you have a confirmed reservation, it was only about the theoretical form of your wedding. It is also not true that you came to us to fine-tune the details several times. You and your colleague arranged a single meeting. I understand that you have an idea about the prices you would like to pay, the content of the catering and everything else related to the wedding. In the same way, we ourselves have some idea about our prices and services, and considering that it was not possible to find an intersection in which mutual requirements would intersect and we could manage to adjust, it seems to me completely fine to say that it will not be possible to realize the wedding with us . I believe that you will still find your way to us sometime in the future and enjoy your stay in our cozy rooms and taste our delicious dishes in the restaurant. On September 2, 2023, we had lunch at the Manor Garden restaurant with our Scottish friends and family members, a total of 12 people. The experience we took away from this calm and relaxing afternoon was incredibly positive. We experienced a fantastic welcome, enjoyed excellent food, enjoyed delicious, high-quality wines, and above all, witnessed a high level of professionalism, but at the same time an extremely human and warm approach to our multicultural family clan. In this regard, Mr. Libor Fiala holds the record, with whom, among other things, we also highly rated his excellent language skills and downright phenomenal memory, as he was able to remember all our orders and serve everything without a single mistake. We are excited that even outside of Prague, clients can be served at such a high level, which also impressed our Scottish guests. We are already looking forward to more lunches or dinners in this architecturally very tasteful and at the same time modern restaurant. On September 2, we had lunch with our Scottish friends and family members in a total of 12 people at the restaurant Panská zahrada. The experience we took from this quiet and relaxing afternoon was incredibly favorable. We have had a fantastic acceptance, enjoyed excellent food as well as delicious and high quality wines, and above all we have witnessed fantastic professionalism, but also a very humane and heartfelt approach to our multicultural family clan. Prim is held in this respect by Mr. Libor Fiala, as we have, among other things, highly evaluated his excellent language knowledge and phenomenal memory, since he was able to remember all our orders and serve everything without a single error. We are delighted to know that even outside Prague, clients can be served at such a high level, which also impressed our Scottish guests. We are looking forward to having lunch and dinner in this, from the point of view of architecture, very tastefully designed and, at the same time, a reasonably modern restaurant.
