I'm pretty sure that Heaven is a giant tub of Papa Chulo's fries with cilantro lime dressing. This is one of our favorite spots to hit in Provo. The owner is so nice and friendly and the food is amazing! Our kids even ask for “the fry place” whenever we’re in town. So delicious and they don’t skimp on the meat! They deserve all the stars!!
