My boyfriend ordered a pizza on a regular saturday night right? I just picked up the order for us... let me start my stating, half of the employees, had there hair down, did not have proper standards in regards to the health department. I got home, ate one slice of pizza and decided to have another when i noticed there was FREAKING HAIR, in our pizza. Absolutely disgusting and what a waste of 40 bucks I spent for dinner tonight. I called them and asked for a refund and whoever I spoke to said in order to get one I would need to come back into the store instead of doing it over the phone and to bring the pizza back?? hell no. we threw it away. Terrible customer service, failure to follow healthcare protocols when working in the service industry, just nasty. I will not be returning to this store again. Service: Take out Price per person: $30–50
