Pizzas were delicious! I have recently gotten cheese stuffed crust pizza after a few years of not getting pizza from this location after giving them many chances over the years to make a pizza that tastes like a “Papa Johns.” I’m glad I did, because the last two in the last 2 months are what they’re supposed to taste like. Props to the guy making pizzas tonight! Updated review from all 5 star review almost a yr ago. My review was updated with poor service I received tonight, pizza was ok, it looks like this location is going backwards again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Stood at counter for like 10 minutes with no response just looked at me. Then a girl (I think), came to counter and asked for my name for the order. Then proceeded to put stickers on a dozen empty boxes, then went to retrieve my pizza. Will not be back. All 5-6 people working but no one at the counter Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I do not recommend spending your money at this location. When my family and I ordered pizza, it came out with no sauce, was overcooked, and was extremely dry. A topping we paid for was also missing. When I returned to address the issue, the female manager ( no name tag) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, yelling across the counter while saying she would remake the order. Due to the way the situation was handled, I did not feel comfortable accepting the replacement order. Customer service should never make guests feel uneasy or disrespected, especially when concerns are being calmly addressed. I also reached out to Rahim Samji, District Manager at Papa John’s, but did not receive a response. Based on this experience, I feel my concerns were not taken seriously. I’m sharing this as a community warning so others are aware before choosing to spend their money here. So sad! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
