Normally no issues and we like the pizza, and eat here often (S Campbell, Springfield, MO). Tonight’s pizza was room temperature and there was a very long hair under the cheese. Called to let the crew know so they could check their nets, etc., but the guy who answered was a bit suspicious of me and was not very concerned about the situation. In fact, I don’t think he even apologized, and said, “I pass this along so hopefully it doesn’t happen again.” That makes me feel confident... He did offer to remake the pizza, but it was so late and we were already home for the evening. I didn’t want to wait. We pulled it out and prayed the oven was hot enough to kill any potential “whatever”, but my oldest unfortunately had a hair in one of his bites... ugh. Makes me shiver!

I ordered a pizza almost 10hrs before I wanted it to be delivered. It shows up 25min later then I requested and THE PIZZA IS NOT EVEN CUT! How do you forget to cut a pizza?! I will never give them my business.
