We love Papa Johns pizza. It's always delicious. BUT the new drive-thru cashier is rude. No words at all... No "Hi/Bye/Thank you".. anything. We ordered online, and the app said it was ready, but when we arrived the girl said: "It will be a few minutes" We waited for 15 minutes, and after we finally got our pizza, she didn't even say "Sorry, for the delay" or anything. It almost gives us the feeling that we don't wanna come back here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter drink for delivery. Took forever and I didn’t get the drink. Would have been no big deal except that you never bring the 2 liter drinks! Talked to a manager and she blamed it on the driver. All of your drivers have been great and it’s not their fault that YOU never send the entire order! Randall Smith.
