We placed an order through Doordash for a cheese- free pizza due to lactose intolerance. When the pizza arrived, it had cheese. We called to sort it out, and were routed to the manager, Derek. He explained the proper way to order a cheeseless pizza, which we hadn’t done, total user error. After he explained what had happened, he offered to make us a new pizza and drive it to us himself. He showed up in about 15 minutes with a smile on his face. Holy cow, this kind of customer service is unheard of these days. So much respect for Derek & how he runs this store. Please patronize this location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
