We had a Great time with the Staff as we waited for our Pizza to get Made The Staff were welcoming and friendly!! The pizza was made Correct and was Delicious Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The online ordering process was very user friendly, and the detailed menu options helped to make a delicious choice. And when I went to pick it up, the server was very friendly. Ordered a Chicago stuffed pizza from this location and after cooking we cut into it to see there was bacon included instead of ground beef. Called immediately as bacon is not meant to be on the pizza and it ruins it for us. We were told a manager was not in and so no refund could be given since we had "already eaten the pizza". I'm not sure how we had "already eaten the pizza" when it was stuffed and we didn't know there was bacon in it until we took two bites of the pieces. Our options were to either take the pizza back for a new one or deal with it. Considering it would take an hour plus to get a new pizza and bake it we opted to just wait until the next day to speak to a manager as apparently the manager was the only one who could offer a refund. I called the manager the next day and she still refuses to offer any refund unless we bring the fully cooked pizza back to prove it has bacon on it and was made incorrectly. Guess I'll be driving there to bring back our pizza so we can get any sort of compensation for them making the wrong thing. What a laughable excuse for customer service.
