I just picked up an order, got a salad for 6.99 and got less than half of a damn salad. Then when I called some young kid picks up and said he knows nothing about it and that he just got there. Cool can I talk to the supervisor, holds for him to call them I guess. Managers instructions were to come back to get a refund?! I used a card, why in the hell would I need to come up there to get a refund?! Refund my damn card. Then I said just leave my name and number cause this whole time I haven’t even been asked my name and was told “ I’ll take down your number but I’m not sure if anyone is going to Calle you back”. Nowwww I’m PISSED because what do you mean your manager said they probably won’t call?! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be calling back tomorrow morning to speak with management. If I have to drive all the way across town just to get a refund on their mess up they will be doing more than just a refund to compensate for my gas as well.
