Disappointing Experience - Below Expectations Papa Ron's Pizza 42JW+3C5 Batam Center, One Batam Mall Ground Floor, Jl. Engku Putri Utara, Teluk Tering, Batam Kota, Batam City, Riau Islands 29444, Indonesia Visited Papa Ron's at One Batam Mall and unfortunately wasn't impressed with the experience. Food Quality: The pizzas were average at best. Nothing special about the taste or ingredients. Expected better quality given the price point. Service: Service was disappointingly slow. Long wait times even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Staff didn't seem attentive. Value for Money: Poor value. The prices don't match the quality you're getting. There are better pizza options in Batam for the same price or less. Location: Convenient location on the ground floor of One Batam Mall, easy to find. Ambiance: Standard mall restaurant setting, nothing remarkable. Overall: Hard to recommend Papa Ron's when there are better pizza places available in Batam. The combination of slow service, average food, and high prices makes this a pass for me. Wouldn't return. Rating: 4/10 (Below average experience) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 125–150k Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
