The place has a number of cons with a pair of pros. In addition, they have a clout (either political, or other) and they generally do not care about any lockdown measures. Advantages include interior and midrange prices. Disadvantages include: waiting time (even when there are no other customers, any request takes ages, the waitresses can simply chatting aside, even though the drinks would be ready at the bar), the absence of politeness (service is a big issue in this place), loudness (it seems that people, who work there end up deaf, and even if you are the only people in the room & ask to volume down, it doesn't work). After midnight there are often fights and different mess.

I'm glad that I found this place. One of the best place for party on Rivne.

Foreigners, and everyone else, beware of this dangerous place. They let in way too many dudes to stand around the bar so that there's no room to even move around, especially around the already small dance floor. It became almost predictable that some sort of physical altercation would break out because of how many people were let in: claiming it was "their dance floor", a gang of 8-10 dudes attacked and sucker punched me and my three Ukrainian friends. After gathering ourselves to leave, I witnessed another separate fight that was about to occur. Still shaking my head is the phrase that comes to mind when thinking about the lack of security in this place. In my three years in Rivne, I've never seen a place with such a low level of security. If you value any sort of security and safety, avoid this place like the plague. There are better and more secure places in Rivne, like Catarsis, Saigon, Mozart, or Izumrud, to have fun safely.
