The food at Paratha Point is really yummy and authentic Pakistani taste I truly enjoy the parathas and overall food quality. However, my experience with the counter staff was disappointing. The person standing at the counter has a very bad attitude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers properly. Even simple things like providing tissue for the table were refused, which is not acceptable for a restaurant. As customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect. Good food is important, but customer service matters just as much. I hope the management will improve the staff behavior because the food deserves better service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
