Paretta's Italian Ristorante was fantastic! We really appreciated the scratch-made food, and the lasagna was absolutely to die for... so, so good. The service was stellar: kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. It's the perfect spot for a date night or a family get-together. We'll definitely be back! First time in Delphi so my friend and I tried Paretta's. Liz was our server and she was very attentive and kind. Ask for her when you go in! We had a half portion of Baked Pasta with Bolognese sauce and a Flatbread with Sausage and Pesto. Both were fabulous, we shared! I recommended this already to others. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Took my family out tonight because Italian sounded good and we have been wanting to try Paretta’s for a while. I made reservations for a table for 5 at 6:15. We arrived at 6:14. Parking was a little difficult to find as they were decently busy. They were not prepared for a table of 5. After some confusion on where to sit us, we were escorted to the basement area. It was dark, cold, and smelled of musk and mold. I asked to be seated on the main floor and no one knew what to do with us. After being put at a 4 top that was wobbly and being supported by a cloth to help level it out, we were left with the menus for approximately 10-15 mins before we were greeted and drink orders taken. Samantha, our waitress, was very friendly and personable throughout our whole time there. We placed our drink order and got a caprese appetizer since we had read service was slow. Out came the drinks and we placed or orders. About 10 mins later, the caprese came out. It was presented very well, with fresh ingredients, and tasted good. The portion size was enough for 2 adults. We waited 35 mins post appetizer before asking about our food. It was brought out a few mins later. The portions were huge! Even the kids menu items. I got a side of meatballs that came with three massive meatballs And the chicken Parmesan. My wife had shrimp scampi. My children had a half pizza, Alfredo, and spaghetti with a meatball. The meatballs were great! Very tasty and flavorful. The chicken Parmesan was good as well however the chicken was cooked in old oil that had been scorched at some point. It was still good, just had that “10 fry’s too many” taste. My wife’s shrimp scampi was good. Not your traditional Americanized scampi but very tasty. The only downside was that it only had 3 pieces of shrimp. The children’s pizza and Alfredo were absolutely delicious. The Alfredo is definitely Parmesan forward in taste. It was very well liked. And the spaghetti and meatball had The same flavorful meatballs as the side dish and very tasty marinara sauce. The food was definitely cooked to order which explained why it took a little bit longer. If you want better quality, you need to be prepared to wait and we completely understand that. Overall, we left happy and full. Just wish service was a little faster, the table wasn’t wobbling the whole time, and that they were better prepared. TLDR: good food, huge portions, Samantha rocks, and don’t go if you don’t have ample time. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
