Worth staying! The kids enjoy the pool and the room. The breakfast was awesome too. Very good food and room! Our stay is very memorable, thanks to Kabir and Cherry for their warm welcome and great customer service! Service: 5

Rooms are nice, bathroom is weirdly designed. However, the service was just awful didnt feel like you are in a 4 star hotel. Probably a 1 or 2 star hotel service. The front desk was not welcoming at all, the housekeeping was rude too. We stayed with our baby and spilled some milk on the bed. When we asked if they could change the sheets firstly we had to wait for 03 hours before they showed (after multiple calls) and secondly they said they wont change the sheets on the day of check in. Location is good and the property is nice but they should seriously work on their customer service. Service: 1

My first visit to Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh exceeded my expectations. I was initially unsure about the hotel, but after a call with Mr. Fahad, my perspective completely changed. His professionalism convinced me immediately — I went to the hotel right after the call and booked on the spot. A truly excellent and seamless experience. I will definitely return. Many thanks to Mr. Fahad for the outstanding service.
