You're going to get a nice little view from the rooftop up here, and that creates an overall ambiance that's worth checking out, even if you're not staying in the attached hotel. I think their drinks are good, the food is really good, and the vibe is on point for a modern, unique spot in town. The parking garage here is more of a headache than it should be.. It's just the nature of the beast for this part of the Plaza, but it's tight, dark, and not well-designed at all. But, if you make it through the parking garage, Parker at The Fontaine will validate your parking, so you got that going for you. I've had more than a handful of experiences here and too many different things to remember and list out, so I'd lean on some others for food recs and the like. However, I can point you here and say it's a fun, unique spot just off The Plaza, and rewrites the idea that hotel restaurants are often forgettable.
