Lots of place to park, and many restaurants and take away places to choose from. The bottom food court has the take away places and the upper food court has restaurants. Although, Spur is at the bottom food court. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 350–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The parking at The Mall of Africa is absolutely ridiculous! Firstly on numerous occasions the parking kiosk machine was giving issues and to discover this after waiting in a queue to pay. When the operator is contacted, she screams into the speaker and this makes her inaudible and moreover, she offers no solution. In this occasion again the parking payment kiosk had issues so we had to go to another floor to it for the exit parking. We get to the vehicle, get in line to exit and then the parking machine that redeems the paid parking tickets was not working!! We tried calling the mall management but the calls went unanswered which by this time over 20 cars were waiting in line to exit!! Eventually the call to he centre management was answered and she assured us that somebody was sent to assist, nobody arrived and after 2 more calls and waiting for 20 minutes in line, the arm opened and only lets out 2 cars then back to square 1.. this happened about 3x!! By this time, the arm for the entrance also stopped working so both sides were backed up and everyone was getting frustrated as there was nobody around who could help!! I am hesitant to go to this mall again as the mall had no air conditioning so shopping there is very uncomfortable and added to this is the pathetic parking situation!!
