A true favorite. Most days, I would call Pars the best restaurant in Halifax. This is of course depending on my craving for Persian food. It is easily the best for that. I love the rice, and wish I had the temerity to ask how they made it so soft and fluffy. It is the secret to every dish. I tend to always get the 3 kebab combo and eat exactly half, save the rest for lunch the next day. Trying one of the stews tonight, I have no doubt it'll be great. Great appetizers. Always worth the money. Highly recommended.
