Pasta Factory está muy cerca de Hosseiniyeh Ershad Mosque. Pasa un estupendo rato aquí y comparte su sorprendente pizza vegetal, sus caseros penne y su singular pasta al pesto con tus amistades. Si todavía no has degustado el bien preparado tiramisú de este restaurante, entonces no has disfrutado aún de la vida. A sus clientes no les gusta el café de Pasta Factory.

Quality & Taste (5/5) Although the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, I’ve only tried the pasta. It has always been creamy, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Service (5/5) All the staff members are professional, friendly, and polite. Even if you order takeaway, they offer to bring your order to your car while you wait. Atmosphere (5/5) The atmosphere is probably the restaurant’s biggest strength. The dim lighting and tasteful décor create a warm and relaxing environment that’s perfect for date nights. Cleanliness (5/5) The entire restaurant—including the chairs, tables, plates, and restrooms—was clean during every visit. I didn’t notice anything that looked dirty or neglected. Price & Value (4/5) The prices are above average, leaning more toward the expensive side. However, considering the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere, I think the overall experience justifies the cost. Additional Notes I’ve never had any trouble finding a parking space when visiting this restaurant. I recommend reserving a table in advance, as I once had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. A Disappointing Experience at Pasta Factory! First impressions matter, and unfortunately, Pasta Factory failed completely in this regard. From the moment we arrived, the hostess service was shockingly unwelcoming. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty—with only one occupied table and over ten available—one of the many idle servers approached us without even a simple greeting. His demeanor was cold and indifferent, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, each table we requested to sit at was suddenly “reserved,” yet there were no visible signs or indications of actual reservations. Instead of offering solutions or making an effort to accommodate us, the server dismissed our requests with an unnecessarily rude and arrogant attitude (پررو). A restaurant isn’t just about food—it’s about the experience, and service plays a crucial role. If a place can’t even offer basic hospitality, it doesn’t matter how good the menu is.
