One of the hidden gems. Everything is so pure from the produce to the preparation and even the plates are so nice! The food is super fresh and tasty. I came here because I saw it had more than 300 5-star reviews and mentioned the Linguine short ribs and Pistachio tiramisu, which are my favourites as well. Fiore Truck is definitely a *hidden* gem! It is located beside a railway bridge and on a small, quiet road. You can't see it normally. The most surprising thing is the stunning starter! That is the best! Linguine short ribs are incredible! The beef is succulent, rich, and melt-in-the-mouth. The pasta is cooked al dente and coated in a flavorful sauce.A super-generous portion, absolutely loaded with beef. The Pistachio tiramisu is delicious and on the thick, creamy side. The only point was that the crushed pistachios absorbed moisture from the cream, making them soggy after sitting on the tiramisu for too long. It would be better if you sprinkled the pistachio crumbs on the food when serving. I can't thank the staff member enough who served me with extreme amicability, even though I had many requests. I would highly recommend ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
