Tasty handmade pasta and bigger variety of sauces than pastacup. Unfortunately it is a hit and miss when it comes to hygiene. I see it’s a common issue here based on other reviews. Our recent experiences were good in that regard however the last time we visited we were served by a female chef. She was friendly however during our 15 min wait she did not change her gloves even once. Operating the cash till, packing orders, moving big delivery boxes placed on the ground, and then handling pasta and vegetables (?) with one set of gloves. I am not sure what is the purpose of gloves in this scenario. Lucky that day we both got lasagnas which do not require handling as such however this experience was off putting and we won’t reattend when said lady is working due to hygiene concerns. Staff needs better training in that regard.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I purchased a lasagna around 8:00pm for $19.95, and unfortunately it was completely inedible — extremely dry and clearly overcooked. To make matters worse, I was given a beef lasagna despite not having eaten meat in over a decade. This was quite distressing and upsetting, especially as I wasn’t expecting it. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of quality and care. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1

As first time customers, my partner and I were very impressed with the way Abdul prepared our order, he was kind,courteous, & efficient, he worked behind the counter like a man on a mission, he delivered our order of garlic prawns, macaroni & cheese,chessy garlic loaf & standard chips all around 10mins,quick service with a smile & so delicious, l would recommend Pasta Hub Innaloo to anyone & everyone who appreciates a great Pasta dish & quick & friendly service, thanks Pasta Hub,& thank you Abdul, you the MAN.
