Service sucks. Am disabled. Placed an order to pick up at the drive thru window. Pulled up to the window. Could see my order setting on the counter. Tapped on the Window. Waited 10 minutes.NO ONE CAME!! Forced to pull around and park. Hobbled inside. Order girl sitting laid back at one of tables. Got my order and Hobbled back to my car. It was Another customer who helped me get thru the door and back to my car. No offer of help from the staff! If you want better food and any service, go someplace else!!

I ordered the Pasta Primavera and my husband picked it up and brought it home. I opened it and was horrified. The only recognizable thing besides the pasta was black pepper. Scads of pepper, more than I have ever seen on anything in my life. If there were any vegetables they had cooked down where you couldn’t find them. The sauce was so thick that when you picked up a piece of pasta, a wad came with it. And to add insult to injury, the one piece of garlic bread was so hard you would have to have an axe to cut it and no way you could eat it. Just plumb nasty!

I havent eaten at pasta jacks in some years, but I remembered I loved it when I had it last time so decided to order it and have it delivered. It was not how I remembered. At all. The garlic bread was burnt and the pasta was dry and had absolutely no sauce on it (I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta). It was also very bland with no flavor. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not be back. It was not worth the money.
