Very disappointing experience at Patchi Café. I asked for ice cream for my child, and the staff member, Benjie, told me it was finished. I left respectfully, but shortly after, I saw him serving ice cream to another customer in front of me, which raised concerns about fairness. When I returned to clarify, he ignored me multiple times. On the fourth attempt, he immediately responded by raising his voice from a distance, saying, “I told you there is no more ice cream,” without even engaging in a proper conversation. This was disrespectful, especially since I only came back to understand why another customer was served while I was refused. The supervisor later intervened and apologized; however, the staff member himself did not address the situation or show any accountability. This level of service is unacceptable and should be taken seriously by management. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
