You ordered multiple dishes off the menu and decided to cancel the order midway without providing a reason, which we denied as the order was ready. 2. You ordered chana masala from the menu, which is described as chana curry topped with onions and tomatoes with special masala on the top. Nowhere do we claim that we would serve it as a dry dish, but you debated this with us, stating it is served as a dry dish everywhere. We even agreed to the fact that different restaurants serve it differently. If that is what you wanted, this should have been asked before ordering. So, your claims about us not showing it rightly in the menu are completely baseless. 3. Then you also decided to finish eating a dish (Pav Bhaji) and then told me that Bhaji is a dry dish. I am sorry to say, but we sell it as a running gravy dish. You mentioned we add dal to it, which could nowhere be seen on the plate. Just for the readers, this was told to us after finishing the dish. Finally, you argued and made us delete the chana masala from the bill over the above issue. I am sorry to say, but we are also humans, and you have to understand that every restaurant makes food differently.
