Be prepared to fall in line here. They are really popular among people of all ages. In our experience we didn’t wait quite too long. You just order and wait, everything will come in to-go containers because they only have a few tables available, maybe 10 or 8 people in total at a time iirc. If you are lucky, you can get one but just be prepared to find a bench nearby and eat there instead. If you do get lucky, you have to make sure to clean your table after you go because that’s what everyone does as a courtesy for the next customers. Quite nice in terms of customer manners but would be nice if there is a staff who can do it instead considering the price of the food is not the cheapest. Now the food itself, the burger tastes as you would expect. Perfectly satisfies your smash burger cravings. The bread is a bit dry for my liking but outside of that, everything else was good. I also got the mix of sweet potato and regular potato as my side and I really loved it. Overall, I’m still happy we got to see what the hype is about and I did enjoy my meal so I have no regrets
