Unfortunately might be a another store u got food poisoning from I’m owner the store been shut down since last year Nov 2021 We been waiting for the economy to pick before opening a new location Unfortunately I don’t no we’re the bad reviews came from about 8 months ago I got in car accident and I been recovering sooo I don’t really understand the review The location been shut down there actually building a condo the land was sold without my control that why I left downtown soo it was my store u got food from

Sorry for bad experience my staff did not permit the right issue cash as a refund we could’ve refunded it back on your credit but because you kept trying to get cash where conflict started Unfortunately my staff do not permitted to issue cash back when somebody uses a credit card and you started shouting and screaming at my staff Which is very unprofessional for somebody that claims they work at the YMCA as a financial advisor Ways to do things and I believe when you started to get rude maybe my staff started to get a rude unfortunately we pride our self on customer service Soo if there was anyway I can make u happy I believe we tryed and I own two food warmers claiming that I don’t have a food warmer is actually a lie I cook the food on one day and put it in the warmer I don’t put the food over and over in the warmer because it affects the integrity of the food after the second day I actually heat up the food in the microwave I cook in small portions so that doesn’t happen alot Unfortunately the food usually finishes same day I only cook in small portions I contacted my staff bout that day In question she assured me she gave you five pieces of ox tail which is our standard for a small if you order. We do 4-5 Pieces for small order 6-8 Pieces for a large And to be honest to get extra meat or rice not big deal at patty hut all u got do is ask Communication is key in any successful relationship Depending on size of the oxtail If u showed my staff the order before u went outside and came back but I only have one server She claims she gave you the right amount of food went outside came back and started shouting at her for a refund in cash which you paid it with a credit card so there was a little bit of conflict we could’ve re-issue the money back on your credit card but to give you cash unfortunately we do not do that And I don’t hire my staff to take verbal abuse If someone is screaming at my staff and Threatening to call the labour board on her because you were short on ox tail we don’t hire people to take verbal abuse I recommend anybody that’s coming in screaming at her for her to call the police If she feels like her safety is ? She required to call the police I’m the owner I have to protect my staff I’m Sorry your experience wasn’t the best we do aim to please That from bottom of my heart Owner J.M Hope u have positive day
