We had a very nice dinner at Pavillon d'Angkor tonight. The interior is beautiful—the botanical ceiling creates such a unique, cozy atmosphere. For the main course, I highly recommend the Amok du Pavillon; it was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. My husband had the Tom Yum Prawns, which featured large, fresh prawns and a rich, authentic broth. We finished with the Mango Sticky Rice and the Pineapple dessert. Both were almost too pretty to eat, topped with delicate decorative tuiles that added a lovely crunch. Excellent service and a must-visit for anyone craving high-end Asian cuisine in Nice.
