Generally a relaxing watering-hole to visit, this is one of the few gaijin (foreigners) bars, I enjoy visiting. As the name implies, it is a peaceful place, where you can enjoy karaoke yet, still hold conversations, with those surrounding you. They have jam sessions, weekly and you can see Americans, join Okinawan and Japanese talented musicians on the stage. One exception, is when it's a military payday weekend; a large crowd of noisy, drunken people may enter the place. Then, it's time to leave unless, you enjoy that type atmosphere.
