Pearson’s has become one of my go-to spots in Rochester. What started as a quick coffee stop for meetings with out-of-town clients quickly turned into a regular breakfast and lunch destination. The food quality honestly surprised me in the best way — consistently fresh, flavorful, and way beyond your typical coffee shop fare. The vibe is always on point, the staff is friendly and efficient, and somehow there’s always a smooth flow without feeling overcrowded or chaotic. Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. That’s rare. Bonus points for the merch too — clean branding and actually stuff you’d want to wear. Pearson’s just gets it. Very fast service and good drinks. The menu has a selection of specialty coffees and pastries, of which we tried the carrot cake cookie and the tiramisu coffee. We will be back to try more! Price per person: $10–20

My parents came to visit. I'm not a coffee person but all my colleagues and friends were recommending Pearson's so I brought my folks here and they LOVED it! They ordered the Greek yogurt, bagel + sundried tomato cream cheese, cappuccino, and drip coffee. Staff were very helpful explaining everything. Very satisfied! Will return!
