Came by here last week, the employees acted like they did not know how to talk to a customer, put words in a customer’s mouth saying we wanted “flat” when they never asked if we wanted flat or dome. There is nowhere on the menu that says those options so we just expected a dome, but we got flat. The wait was long. The snowcones are great, but customer service not that great. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $1–10

I will forever go to a pelicans for a snowball. They are THE best. I wish there were more in other places. To the Karen's in the reviews fussing about the slowness or just fussing to fuss, you forget the food service industry is low and don't have a lot of workers. Maybe next time it is slow, think maybe they don't have a lot of people working. You can tell who has and who hasn't worked in the food industry.
