Hi Dorothy, thanks so much for your feedback and for coming in. We’ve looked into this and it seems that your apple slice may have been kept in the takeaway container in the fridge while you were enjoying your coffee and it might have been missed when you left. We are really sorry it wasn’t handed over before you went. Next time please feel free to remind us and we’ll gladly get it for you.
