Lunch at Peninsula (located within Jetwing Jaffna) was one of the highlights in Jaffna. Their food, service and atmosphere were all great. We chose a-la carte and all the dishes and items (including drinks, mains, desserts and the aattu kaal rasam) we ordered were very good. All portions were well-sized and surprisingly not pricey as you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were very friendly, pleasant, and very attentive -- we had like 4-5 people serving us - I caught the names of Jokin and Sangeeth, and the Kogulan (the manager). The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasing, with local, ethnic aura. Will definitely come back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 5,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
