Me and my work staff ordered a large meals for eight people for a work lunch. The order was over £100 several items were missed, and all the drinks were incorrect. We called the resturant to try and eother get the food or have a refund for the missing items. Staff were very rude and inappropriate laughing down the phone As we advised of the missing items. I think the service is shocking and tbh the food was bland and lacked personality, much like the person who took the order. Edit - staff member contacted us later that evening and said that they would give us a discount on a further purchase IF WE REMOVED OUR POOR Reviews this is horrific service. Also I did email and it bounced back. All we want is a refund for the missing items and incorrect items drinks ect. We were also told in the phone that as our order was over £100 we should have been entitled to a 20% discount, neither was given to us or offered to us. Staff member who called said he heard work colleagues discussing situation after and it was inappropriate comments. YET NOTHING HAS STILL BEEN DONE ONLY OFFFERD A DISCOUNT IF WE REMOVE POOR REVIEWS WHICH IS BLACKMAIL Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pepe's serves Halal Meat Burgers and Peri Peri Chicken, from mild to severely hot. Lemon and herb options are also available. The chicken is good, and there's a Family Deal with rice and chicken. There is no Family Deal for burgers. Burgers are not as good compared to some local brands, and the price is relatively high. A burger is about £7.50 to £8.50, and meal deals add an extra £2.50. There is a sitting area and a toilet. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Good food but agin only for food i would not just suggest this place as poor service and no proper organised structure. As the person who takes the order goes and prepares the order and then miss to complete the order and left with the missing item in it, so its highly recommended to check all your order before you leave the place. If u have patient to wait for your order more than 30 min then can visit the same. NO COMPLAIN ON FOOD. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
