The food was super tasty but I got Mild which was supposed to ‘have no kick’ and it was super spicy. Not sure if it was incorrect as there were loads of other orders of rice bowls too. I’m usually pretty good with spicy food. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Asked for extra marinade in rice box to make it extra saucey, they did the opposite and they put in a dribble so it was very dry.. Called them and they said we can't do anything it's your personal taste Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at Pepe's. I ordered a chicken rice box as part of a meal and also paid separately for a quarter chicken as a takeaway. When I got home and opened the bag, the quarter chicken was completely missing. I called the store straight away and was told a driver would bring it within 30 minutes. It has now been over an hour and no one has arrived, no update was given and no one bothered to follow up. On top of that, communication over the phone was very poor and difficult to understand, which made the situation even more frustrating when trying to resolve the issue. This is not just a simple mistake errors can happen but the way it was handled is unacceptable. Poor communication, broken promises and zero accountability. I paid for food I didn’t receive and then wasted more time waiting for a resolution that never came. Very unprofessional service. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
