We came in and ordered at 4.51, there was a couple already there who had been waiting a long time and the kitchen lost their order. At 5.10 we went to the counter to ask about our order as it still hadn't arrived while multiple other people had received theirs who ordered after. We ended up waiting a long time to get our order even though it was really quiet with only 3 tables sitting in with no apology. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a chicken tender meal for myself along with three extra tenders and even paid separately for extra sauce, but the staff here turned out to be incredibly rude something I never expected,They refused to provide any extra sauce even after I asked a second time. I am a regular customer of Pepe's, but this experience makes me wonder if I should stop visiting them altogether. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £10–20
