This has always been one of my favourite cafes. The staff are great and they make one of the best coffees in Rotorua (always nice and hot) and absolutely the best salads. Last time I was there I had the chicken salad and it looked every bit as good as it tasted. There is also one with smoked salmon and I can't wait to get back and try it. The cafe is quite small (with a cosy and homely feel about it) but the business makes most of its income from catering, and in the winter you can't usually sit outside. Outside under the trees is lovely on a sunny day, though it's a shame the road is so busy. I personally think the pricing at Peppers is better than almost anywhere else in Rotorua.
