I’m really disappointed in the staff and customer service of perfect games. My fiancé (21) tried to order a drink from the bar when they wouldn’t serve him saying he had a fake. After having three people look at his ID they said could scan it, in which he was perfectly glad for him to and they refused to scan it. He went up again to ask the manager and they still denied him and denied to scan it with the app they claimed would tell them if it was a fake or not. It’s giving they were afraid to be wrong. It most definitely was not a fake. They refused to serve him unrightfully and were extremely rude about it. And after the fact when he went up to get our food the bartender refused eye contact and didn’t say a word to him showing poor customer service.
