Sneaky pricing and missing items. An auto-tip was sneakily added to my online order, which I didn't catch until after I paid. To make matters worse, my platter was missing the drink and they forgot the utensils. Very frustrating experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am incredibly disappointed by my experience at the Chantilly branch. Before visiting, I specifically asked them on Instagram if their meat was Zabiha Halal (hand slaughtered), and they confirmed it was. However, when I went in person, the man at the counter told me it was just 'halal.' When I pressed for clarification on whether it was hand slaughtered per my religious requirements, he stated that the owner instructed them not to answer that question.It is extremely unfair to mislead customers about something as important as dietary restrictions. Because of this lack of transparency and broken trust, my family, friends, and I will be boycotting this restaurant. I urge other halal-observant customers to be cautious. ———//// I am replying to you here: Thank you for your response. There is no misstatement here. As you can see in the attached screenshot from your official Instagram account, your business explicitly confirmed the details I shared. Your own reply here even confirms that your staff told me you do 'not' carry Zabiha Halal meat. Telling a customer who seeks clarity to 'avoid coming' to your location instead of taking accountability for confusing communication is highly unprofessional. I am sharing this screenshot publicly so other Halal-observing customers can see the exact information provided by your team and make their own informed choices.

Hello Dear Customer- I am not sure when you inquired on instagram on the Zabiha Halal topic. Can you please mention your time duration and/or reach out directly to me (operator) at 5712699150. I neither recall nor sure that I personally responded to any such inquiry. For all future purposes, please note that we ONLY carry halal meat. In addition, I confirmed with staff on his reply. He clearly stated to you, quote on quote ‘ My owner instructed me to convey on all such inquiry that we only carry Halal and not Zabiha Halal meat’. Your above message is totally contrary to the conversation you had with my staff earlier and unfortunately end up in a sad misstatement. If you consume ONLY halal meat, please avoid coming to the Chantilly location. Totally respect your choice of consuming Zabiha meat. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. p.s: giving 1 star review will not help you neither help us. Call me if you like to discuss this matter more. I dropped my number in the thread above.

Peri Peri Original is one of those places that actually stays consistent, which is rare. Every time I come here, the chicken is fresh, juicy, and cooked right, not dry or rushed. The peri peri sauce has real flavor, not just heat, and you can tell it’s seasoned properly all the way through. The portions are generous for the price, so you don’t feel like you overpaid for what you get. The service has always been solid. Staff are friendly, patient, and move fast even when it’s busy. Orders come out on time and accurate, which already puts this place above a lot of competitors. The restaurant itself is clean and organized, and you can tell they actually care about hygiene and presentation. I’ve tried different items on the menu and the quality has been consistent across visits. Whether you like mild or extra spicy, they get it right without killing the taste. Overall, Peri Peri Original is a reliable spot for good food, good service, and real flavor. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to and recommending to others.
