I have called 6 times asking for a manager to call me back and because they won’t, I’ll have to share my experience here. I placed an online order through Toast for pick up during non-operating hours, only I wasn’t aware they were closed. I placed my order at 3:25 PM, the order was processed through Toast, my payment went through, and I got a confirmation email that my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I drive downtown, pay for parking, and pull on the door handle to find out it’s locked. I pull up their information on Google, also stating that they are open, and call thinking there has been a mistake. No answer (for obvious reasons now – they weren’t open) and no option to leave a voicemail. When they open at 5:00 PM, I speak to someone that tells me I can be refunded, they just need me to drive ALL OF THE WAY BACK (15 minutes each way, not necessarily the time it would take to drive there that annoyed me, but the audacity to suggest that when the business is at fault for not updating their operating hours on Toast and Google). I asked to have it refunded back to my card that I paid with and was first told they’re not sure if they can. Being unsure is fine! Finding out later that they cannot refund back to my card, I ask them to mail me the money. They tell me no. Every time I called I asked for a manager to call me back. I got a call back TWICE out of the SIX times I called, and never from a manager! Finally, I call AGAIN, to be told they still cannot refund to my card but they’d refund me via Apple Cash. Hours go by, nothing. I call for the final time, still not speaking to a manager, and the manager tells the host that they CAN refund back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous experience and such a bummer because I did enjoy my food the previous times I’ve had it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

Was excited to try the food here, but unfortunately the young lady behind the bar was EXTREMELY un-attentive, had ZERO sense of urgency & no awareness. Besides two other gentlemen, me & my friend were the only ones there. I asked her for a Modelo & she hands me a Modelo Negra. We told her directly to her face multiple times we were ready to order, she was within ear shot of us so it was impossible for her not to hear us. She just walked away & continued to fail putting a hookah together. Really wanted to try the food here but it seemed like impossible to order Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
